Change has come to America. The people have taken the Presidency away from the Politicians.

We do not know what will happen next, but everyone can be united in the fact that we are all begging for change in government. Change comes in interesting and usually unexpected ways. It's interesting times we live in, for sure.

Now, more than ever, make your voices heard. Now the time is open for new ideas and new ways of thinking to emerge. When things are spinning into intensity, more power is accessible. Use it to visualize your perfect future into a reality.

Change doesn't happen out there, it happens within. I ask you not to leave it up to others. Be the change you seek.

When I'm filling out a ballot and see so many unopposed, I ask myself, where are the Pagans in that community? Why aren't we on school boards, running for councilman or Mayor?

A wise Elder named Terry Michael Riley once told me that until we are fully involved in our local communities, we will always be seen as that 'weird religious group' down the street.

Community extends beyond our magical brothers and sisters. We have the ability to create change. It's time we get involved. This week I am driving to Standing Rock to help provide media coverage, because the news channels refuse to do so. That's my contribution to our greater community as citizen and Arch Priestess.

Ask yourself what you're willing to do. We close circles with "We are power, we are change." It's time to make that intent real. Because clearly, we have left Grandpa alone with the rule book for too long.
